The story
A franchise carries a standard set in Paris and delivered in Yerevan.
01
The standard is the hard part
Franchising a luxury brand means inheriting an expectation you did not write. The colourists were trained to it, the interior matched it, the price list assumed it. Then a guest opened Instagram at nine in the evening, asked whether Saturday was free, and the standard quietly collapsed into “we'll get back to you.” The brand was intact everywhere except in the one place the guest was actually standing.
02
Three apps, one guest, no memory
The salon ran on the front desk's memory. A booking lived in a paper grid, a follow-up in WhatsApp, a complaint in Instagram, a question on Facebook - and none of them knew each other. Reschedules were negotiated twice. Regulars were treated as new. And when a client unsent a message after changing her mind, the entire trace of the conversation left with it. The most expensive thing being lost was not a booking; it was the history.
03
One program, in the right order
We built the operating layer first: a custom salon template on Odoo with real-time booking, a drag-and-drop calendar built for chairs rather than meeting rooms, and a multi-agent inbox that keeps every channel - including messages the sender deletes. Then the commercial layer: services structured as a real catalogue with combos, bundles and time-limited offers wired to stock and invoicing. Then the visible layer: rebrand, trilingual site, campaigns. Finally the instrument panel - dashboards and booking heatmaps that turned the calendar into a forecast.

One salon

platform.
Chairs, conversations, catalogue and campaigns on one system - in three languages.
What they came with
A Paris standard delivered by callback, on a paper grid, across three chat apps.
✕phone lineBookings by call only - the front desk worked as a switchboard
✕paper gridChair availability lived on one sheet, visible to one person
✕three chat appsInstagram, WhatsApp and Facebook conversations never met
✕deleted messagesA client unsends and the conversation history disappears with it
✕service listNo combos, no bundles, no idea which service actually earns
✕guesswork planningStaffing and promotions decided by feeling, not by demand
“We were a Paris brand answering like a corner shop - by callback, when someone had a free hand.”
What we did
A custom Odoo salon platform, a rebrand around it, and dashboards on top.

Dashboards & heatmaps
Real-time slot logic with conflict prevention, automated confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, self-service rescheduling and calendar sync. A drag-and-drop scheduler shaped around salon workflows, with staff notified the moment anything moves. One inbox across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and live chat - with the full archive protected from deleted messages. Services structured commercially, wired to inventory and reporting.

Highlights
Highlight 01
Booking that left the phone line behind
Live availability on the site, a salon-shaped calendar behind it. Drag an appointment to another chair and the stylists, the client and the reminders all update themselves.
Highlight 02
A CRM where messages cannot disappear
All Meta channels plus live chat in one multi-agent inbox with read status, lead stages, priorities and filters. A client can unsend; the salon's record cannot be rewritten.
Highlight 03
The catalogue knows what sells
Variations, combos, promo bundles, tiered and time-limited discounts - all reported. Most-requested services, repeat-client rates and demand patterns instead of a printed price list.
Highlight 04
A digital face worthy of the name
Rebrand across colour, typography and logo refinement, honouring the Paris-born identity, carried into a mobile-first site designed from wireframes to final UI - trilingual and SEO-ready for Armenia's audience.
Highlight 05
Treatments that move stock
Every appointment consumes the products it uses. Inventory stops being a monthly guess and the margin per service becomes a number rather than an argument.
Highlight 06
Demand, forecast by heatmap
Booking heatmaps by hour and weekday plus live dashboards for appointments, service sales and stock, with analytics and CRM metrics - response time, conversion, lead sources - in the same place.

✳︎
“The brand has a standard, and our digital presence finally meets it. Clients book in seconds at any hour, no message gets lost, and we plan the salon around real demand instead of intuition.”
