AGOGO is a fast-casual pasta bar in Yerevan that opened fully digital: a self-ordering kiosk, a live kitchen display, an order-status screen for guests and automatic fiscal receipts - all built by ERP SWISS on a single Odoo system, live from opening day.

Guests browse the full menu with photos, options and modifiers, pay at the kiosk and get an order number - no cashier in the loop. Every confirmed order appears on the kitchen screen the same second; cooks mark stages, and the guest-facing board updates live. Every sale - kiosk or counter - produces a legally valid fiscal receipt automatically, per Armenian requirements. Configuration, hardware connection and staff training were completed before opening.

Module 01

Self-Ordering Kiosk

A guest-facing kiosk on Odoo's self-ordering interface. Guests browse the menu, build their pasta, pay and get an order number - no cashier in the loop.

Kitchen Display System

Every confirmed order appears on the kitchen screen the same second - no paper tickets, no shouting, no lost orders.

Order-Status Screen

A public screen in the dining area, synced live with the kitchen: order numbers move from Preparing to Ready the moment the cook taps.

Fiscal Printer Integration

Direct connection between Odoo and the fiscal device: every sale - kiosk or counter - produces a legally valid fiscal receipt automatically, per Armenian requirements.
