The story
The room was five stars. The booking flow was a direct message at 11pm.
01
The gap nobody talks about
Premium service businesses rarely have a service problem. They have a seam problem. The seam is where the guest experience meets the operating system behind it - and in Dubai's beauty market that seam is a phone. A guest replies to a story at midnight, asks for Thursday at five, and waits. Someone screenshots the message, checks a paper calendar, answers in the morning, and by then she has booked elsewhere. Nothing was broken. Everything was slow.
02
Where the money quietly leaked
We spent the first week counting the leaks instead of designing. Requests arriving after hours with no answer. The same guest existing three times - once per channel - so nobody knew she was a regular. Retail products used in treatments and never written off, so stock reports were fiction. And the question the owner could not answer without a night of arithmetic: which service actually earns, and at which hour of which day. Five apps, five truths, no ledger.
03
One platform, then the polish
We built the operating layer first - real-time booking against the live salon calendar, one CRM inbox for Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and live chat, service catalogue wired to inventory and invoicing, dashboards on top. Only then the visible half: a rebrand true to the French heritage and a mobile-first site where booking is never more than a tap away. Reversing that order is why so many salon websites look beautiful and change nothing.

A five-star room and a 12-hour reply time are the same business. Guests only feel the second one.

One platform.
One client story.
One client story.
Booking, messages, sales, stock and analytics stopped being five tools and became one.
What they came with
Five apps, five truths, and a booking flow that lived on someone's phone.
✕Instagram DMsBookings negotiated by message, confirmed by hand, lost overnight
✕paper calendarAvailability known only to whoever held the pen - double bookings weekly
✕three chat appsThe same guest appeared three times, so no one saw the regular
✕retail stockProducts used in treatments never written off - stock reports were fiction
✕no dashboardWhich service earns, at which hour - answered by intuition, not data
✕old websiteBeautiful, static, and never asked anyone to book
“We were answering tomorrow the guests who wanted to book tonight.”

Analytics dashboards
Booking runs against live availability with conflict prevention, automatic confirmations and reminders, self-service rescheduling and calendar sync. Every message from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and live chat lands in one inbox on the guest's own timeline. Each treatment is a product: booking it writes the sales order, consumes the linked stock and feeds the report - no one re-types anything.

Highlights
Highlight 01
Availability that cannot lie
The booking engine and the salon's working calendar are the same object. Live slots, conflict prevention, self-service rescheduling, automatic SMS and email reminders, sync with Google, Outlook and iOS. The front desk stopped being a switchboard.
Highlight 02
Four channels, one timeline
Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and website chat in one CRM inbox with role-based assignment and priority filters. Every conversation is attached to the guest record - bookings, purchases, preferences - so the person who answers already knows who is writing.
Highlight 03
Treatments that sell themselves
Service catalogue with combinations, bundles and time-limited offers; tiered discounts and loyalty rules. Booking generates the order, the order consumes the product, the invoice goes out on its own.
Highlight 04
A brand worth the room
Full visual rebrand rooted in the salon's French heritage - colour, type, iconography - carried into a mobile-first site designed from UX wireframes to final UI, with a multilingual, search-ready foundation and motion content to match.
Highlight 05
Marketing that runs unattended
Behaviour-triggered welcome, follow-up and win-back flows, review requests fired after each appointment, retargeting and loyalty programmes - all firing from the same data the salon already produces.
Highlight 06
The business, visible
Analytics with commerce events and CRM conversion tracking, plus booking heatmaps by volume and peak hour. Staffing and promotion decisions moved from feeling to forecast.

✳︎
“Our guests expect the same experience from the website as from the salon - considered, effortless, quiet. Now booking takes seconds, no message goes missing, and we finally see the business in real numbers.”
