ERP SWISS seeks a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and organize processes to enhance our online presence and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategies:
- Drive online sales through effective e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Enhance the customer shopping experience with innovative marketing initiatives.
Design and Create Advertising Campaigns:
- Develop and execute eye-catching digital advertising campaigns.
- Create display ads, social media ads, and PPC campaigns.
Utilize Analytics Tools:
- Use Google Analytics to track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Plan and Execute Inbound Marketing Campaigns:
- Attract and engage clients with inbound marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Manage and Optimize Social Media Profiles:
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Increase engagement and brand awareness through effective social media management.
Handle Challenging Situations:
- Address sales and analytics challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve sales performance.
Branding and Event Participation:
- Organize the company's participation in conferences and industry events.
- Manage branding efforts to increase recognition and attract new clients.
Outreach and Collaboration with Sales:
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize outreach processes, including LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage email marketing and automation to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Client Interaction:
- Interact and communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer loyalty.
ERP System Management:
- Understand and utilize the Odoo ERP system as the primary tool for the company.
- Leverage Odoo's capabilities while being prepared to use third-party tools as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on e-commerce and advertising creation.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Exceptional Google Analytics skills and experience working in challenging situations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and strategies.
- Experience with AI services.
- Creative approach and knowledge of current marketing trends.
- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
