Job Title: Accountant Odoo

Job Description
ERP Swiss is seeking an Accounting assistant to join the Finance team.
You will be responsible for various activities related to accounting cycles, using the Odoo software, including timeliness and accuracy of accounting records, completing various reconciliations, creating reports, performing financial analysis, and preparing financial statements.
Responsibilities:
• Register invoices of payables and receivables;
• Perform daily reconciliation tasks;
• Work with the team for timely and accurate monthly and quarterly closing;
• Review, create, and post-closing journal entries as needed;
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team and external accounting companies to provide necessary documentation and information to support tax compliance;
• Provide financial information for timely filing of tax returns;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax filing and reporting requirements, staying up to date with any changes or updates;
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• 1+ years experience related to accounting or a related field;
• Good understanding of accounting principles;
• Good analytical and technical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines;
• Quick learner;
• Excellent at writing and speaking in English.

What You'll Do: As a QA Engineer at ERP Swiss, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our Odoo applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing test documentation and test cases for ERP applications, specifically focusing on Odoo modules, projects, and interfaces;
- Writing integration, functional, and load tests in Python;
- Collaborating with our development team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring the quality of deliverables;
- Localizing bugs in our applications and entering them into a tracking system;
- Customizing and maintaining test documentation to ensure up-to-date testing strategies;
- Staying updated on the latest Odoo releases and incorporating new features and changes into testing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing, with a solid understanding of QA principles;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL;
- Experience in automating testing of cross-service integrations is a plus;
- Confident use of GIT version control system;
- Knowledge of Linux at the user level;
- Familiarity with JSON, Postman/Swagger, DevTools;
- Experience in testing web applications (backend, API, integration);
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently;
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
