Job Title: International Logistics Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Republic of Armenia

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated International Logistics Specialist with extensive Air Cargo experience. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics. 

This role requires constant communication, meticulous control over sending and receiving shipments, managing storage facilities, and overseeing all logistics chains for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Air Cargo Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute international air cargo shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all international regulations and standards for air freight.
• Monitor and manage air cargo operations to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.

Logistics Coordination: 

• Maintain constant communication with freight forwarders and other stakeholders.
• Track and trace shipments, providing real-time client updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation for air cargo, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

• Oversee storage facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization.
• Manage inventory levels to support logistics operations and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures.

Multi-Project Management:

• Control and oversee logistics chains for several projects and companies simultaneously.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries across all projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics, with a strong focus on air cargo operations.
• Proven track record of managing international air cargo shipments and coordinating with global carriers and freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight processes, regulations, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Great English and Russian communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and motion design projects.
• Experience with design tools like Figma for wireframing and prototyping is a plus.
• UI experience and eagerness to learn are strong advantages.
• Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for both static and motion design.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Motion Design, or a related field is a plus.
