1. What do the numbers at the bottom of each column on your timesheets represent?
The total number of hours logged into all projects each day. The total number of employees who worked on all projects each day. The total number of hours logged into a project for the whole week. The difference between the number of hours ordered and logged in.
2. What are the two faded columns?
These are the “bring-your-pet-to-work” days. These are the days that still require logging hours. These are the days when you have logged enough hours. They show the days off, such as the weekends, holidays, etc.
3. How many hours will Marc Demo work on the “Research & Development” project this week?
There is no timesheets on the module for Marc Demo. 4:00 11:00 17:15
4. What does the number in red on the right side of each project/task represent?
The total number of hours logged into this project/task per day. The difference between the number of hours ordered and logged in. The remaining hours to complete the task.
5. How many hours will all the employees work this month?
Less than 150 hours. Between 150 and 350 hours. Between 350 and 550 hours. More than 550 hours.
6. What happens when you press “a” on your keyboard on your timesheets?
The Odoo podcast “Planet Odoo” starts to allow time to fly. A timer starts and records the time spent working on the corresponding project/task. An automatic email is sent to your manager to report your progress. It opens the corresponding project/task’s form.
7. If you record a few seconds, 15 minutes are registered. Why is that?
Because the timesheets module has a default time rounding setting of 15 minutes that cannot be changed. Because the timesheets module has a built-in time dilation feature that expands seconds into 15-minute intervals Because the minimal duration and the round up are set to 15 minutes in the module’s settings. Because the timesheets module can never record less than 15 minutes.
