Odoo’s own published rates: licences per internal user, Odoo.sh at $57.60 per worker, $0.20 per GB and $14.40 per staging environment, billed annually. Rates shown are Odoo’s list price for Armenia - other countries differ. None of it is billed by us.

The first-year discount
Odoo takes 20% off the first subscription year for new customers - $17.00 per user drops to $13.60 monthly, or $10.90 when the year is paid up front. It is granted once, at signature, which is why we register the subscription with you before the project starts.
Term & billing
Paying the year up front is 20% cheaper than monthly on both licences and Odoo.sh: a worker costs $57.60 instead of $72.00, storage $0.20 instead of $0.25 per GB, and a staging environment $14.40 instead of $18.00.
What counts as a user
You pay for internal users only. Customers, suppliers and portal accounts are free, and so is every website visitor - a shop with thousands of buyers still pays for the people who work inside Odoo.
Our part
As an Odoo partner we register the discount and the right plan for you - and take zero margin on it. You are billed by Odoo S.A., we are billed only for hours.
