The first-year discount
Odoo takes 20% off the first subscription year for new customers - $17.00 per user drops to $13.60 monthly, or $10.90 when the year is paid up front. It is granted once, at signature, which is why we register the subscription with you before the project starts.
Term & billing
Paying the year up front is 20% cheaper than monthly on both licences and Odoo.sh: a worker costs $57.60 instead of $72.00, storage $0.20 instead of $0.25 per GB, and a staging environment $14.40 instead of $18.00.
What counts as a user
You pay for internal users only. Customers, suppliers and portal accounts are free, and so is every website visitor - a shop with thousands of buyers still pays for the people who work inside Odoo.

You get an alert when 20% of your package remains - never a surprise invoice. You decide then: top up with any package, pause, or finish the scope with what is left.

A standard Odoo implementation with ERPSWISS is priced per business area. Each area (Sales and CRM, Inventory and Manufacturing, Finance, Website and eCommerce, HR, Services, Marketing, Point of Sale, AI) is a 100-hour block at our published Business Analyst rate, from €38 per hour. A two-area project therefore starts around €7,600 for configuration and key-user training. The implementation part is a fixed published price for standard Odoo scope; custom development, integrations and migration of historical data are scoped in a discovery phase and priced separately.

Odoo licences are billed directly by Odoo S.A., not by the partner. On the Custom plan with all apps the price per user depends on your country; the licence calculator above shows Odoo's published rate with the 20% first-year discount for new customers. You pay for internal users only: portal accounts, customers and website visitors are free.

Odoo.sh is Odoo's managed cloud platform: the first worker (roughly 6 to 8 heavy users) is included in the platform fee, and extra workers, storage and staging environments are billed monthly. Self-hosting on your own server removes the platform fee entirely, so Odoo bills only the user licences. Switch the Hosting toggle in the licence calculator to compare both totals for your team.

No. As an official Odoo partner we register your subscription so that you receive the new-customer discount, and we take zero margin on licences. You pay Odoo S.A. for the software and ERPSWISS only for implementation hours.
