ERP Swiss is looking for a Finance & Accounting Controller to handle the company’s daily financial operations.
The role is focused on ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, managing incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports for our main accountant. You will work with Odoo and Bexio systems to keep everything under control and compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and check all daily accounting entries in Odoo and Bexio.
• Control incoming payments and outstanding invoices (accounts receivable & payable).
• Reconcile bank statements in Bexio with Odoo records.
• Control stock entries and ensure financial records match physical stock.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and tax overviews for the main accountant.
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements and deadlines.
• Support with ad-hoc financial checks and reporting when needed.
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems, plus Bexio experience preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting basics and tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
