We’re looking for a hands-on ERP professional who can understand business requirements, configure working processes in Odoo, and own functional delivery from idea to validated result.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with ERP systems (Odoo is a big plus, 1C or similar is also relevant), understands how modules connect.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client requirements and turn them into clear, workable ERP solutions
- Prepare process flows, diagrams, Miro boards, or structured specifications describing how the solution should work
- Configure business processes directly in Odoo (hands-on):
- workflows, stages, fields, rules, automations, roles & access rights
- standard objects such as CRM, Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, Documents, Marketing, etc.

- Actively implement solutions in standard Odoo, not just define them:
- push configuration to its limits before proposing development
- validate ideas by building and testing them in the system

- Evaluate Odoo Marketplace modules, install and test them when relevant
- Clearly identify what truly requires custom development and what does not
- Prepare clear, structured tasks for developers only when custom work is unavoidable
- Test implemented functionality from the end-user perspective:
- business logic and edge cases
- usability, convenience, and real-life workflows

- Validate that the solution meets the original requirement before:
- handing it over to the PM for final review, or
- presenting / delivering it directly to the client when needed

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred; 1C or similar is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and module interconnections
- Ability to configure ERP systems hands-on, not only analyze or document
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex requirements
- Clear communication with developers and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong preference for configuration-first, development-last solutions
Languages
- Armenian, Russian, English
You should be able to run discovery discussions, demos, and functional explanations without a translator.
