This is an on-site, full-time position, and you will be working on e-commerce projects in the aesthetic and beauty sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns tailored to our e-commerce products, focusing on driving traffic and conversions.
• Create Engaging Content: Produce innovative content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including posts, stories, and reels, that capture the essence of our brand and engage users.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of social media campaigns, including planning, scheduling, and optimizing for performance.
• Analyze Performance: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key metrics, track campaign performance, and report findings with actionable recommendations.
• Email Marketing Integration: Collaborate on email marketing strategies using tools such as Odoo to complement social media efforts.
• Community Interaction: Engage authentically with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages to build brand loyalty.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and copy teams to ensure a cohesive approach across all digital channels.

Requirements:

• Excellent English Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing Experience: Proven track record in SMM.
• Education in Social Media Marketing: A degree or certification in social media marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with E-commerce: Previous experience working on e-commerce projects is highly desirable.
• Canva Expertise: Proficiency in using Canva to create engaging visual content.
• Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, photo editing, and text writing.
• Technical Abilities: Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools, such as Odoo.
