Business Developer

ERP Swiss, a leading Odoo integration specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of ERP Swiss.

Respon​​sibilities: 
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify new market opportunities, trends, and industry developments;
  • Analyzing market strategies by examining competitors and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses to identify business opportunities;
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies that encompass all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to product development;
  • Working closely with the management team to set measurable goals and objectives for business growth;
  • Identifying potential clients, partners, or markets and generating leads through networking, cold calling, or other methods;
  • Managing the sales pipeline to ensure leads are converted into clients;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders;
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and providing support, information, and guidance as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention;
  • Negotiating contracts and deals with clients, partners, and suppliers to maximize profits while ensuring mutual benefit;
  • Overseeing the negotiation process from proposal to contract signing and closure;
  • Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's growth strategies;
  • Providing insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies;
  • Identifying and exploring potential partnerships, alliances, and collaboration opportunities that can enhance the company's market position and offer mutual growth opportunities;
  • Developing and managing partnerships and alliances, from initial contact to agreement and execution;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of growth strategies, using data to inform future business development decisions;
  • Preparing reports on business development activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management;
  • Representing the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's brand and services;
  • Enhancing the company's reputation and establishing it as a leader in its industry;
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends in business development strategies, tools, and technologies;
  • Adapting strategies based on market feedback and changing market conditions to remain competitive and innovative;
  • Initiate tasks based on project guidelines.

 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales;
  • Demonstrated success in previous business development roles, showing a history of meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Understanding of business operations, industry trends, and market dynamics;
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and contributing to sales growth;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of products or services;
  • Perfect knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, lead generation tools, and other relevant technologies;
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and ability to interpret sales performance and market research data;
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment;
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team;
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead generation performance and make data-driven recommendations.
